How It Works

1. Upload a photo — one clear, well-lit shot of your pet is all we need.
2. We create the artwork — a custom illustration of your best friend, made by us.
3. You approve the proof — nothing gets made until you sign off. Up to 3 rounds of artwork revisions included.
4. Assembled in-house & shipped — every patch hat is put together by hand in our shop in the USA. Allow 7–10 business days door to door.

Our guarantee: you approve your pet's artwork before we ever make it. If the proof isn't right, we'll revise it until it is (up to 3 rounds).
