How does the custom process work?

Pick your product, upload your favorite photo of your pet, and check out. We create custom artwork from your photo, then send you a proof to review. Nothing gets printed or made until you approve it. Once you sign off, we produce your item and ship it.

What kind of photo should I upload?

A clear, well-lit photo taken at your pet's eye level works best — natural daylight, face in focus, nothing covering their features. Phone photos are perfect. If the photo you send won't work well, we'll let you know and ask for another.

What if I don't like the artwork?

Tell us what's off and we'll revise it — up to 3 rounds of revisions are included with every order. You approve the final artwork before we print or assemble anything, so you'll never be surprised by what shows up.

How long does delivery take?

T-shirts & hoodies: typically at your door in about a week.
Patch trucker hats: 7–10 business days — every patch hat is assembled by hand in our shop, and good things take a little longer.

Where are your products made?

Everything is printed and shipped in the USA. Our patch hats are assembled in-house by us.

What pets can you turn into merch?

Dogs and cats are our regulars, but any pet with a good photo works — horses, birds, fish, reptiles, you name it. If you can photograph them, we can merch them.

Can I return a custom item?

Because each piece is made just for you, personalized items can't be returned — that's exactly why you approve a proof before we produce anything. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email us within 30 days and we'll make it right. See our refund policy for full details.

What sizes do you offer?

T-shirts run XS–2XL (see the size chart). Hoodies are unisex S–2XL — size up if you're between sizes.

How do I care for my merch?

Machine wash cold, inside out, and tumble dry low to keep the artwork looking sharp. Spot-clean hats — no washing machine.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping on orders over $75.
